Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you use BilloraPay. It covers local app information, optional online features, exports, permissions and deletion.

1. Information stored on your device

BilloraPay stores profile names, payment and expense names, amounts, due dates, categories, provider labels, calendar notes, payday settings and reminder preferences locally on your device. Saved credit plans include income, balances, debts, dates, essential costs, safety reserves and the payment confirmations you enter.

This information is used locally to organize expenses, display your calendar, schedule reminders and calculate planning estimates. BilloraPay does not upload these financial records to its own servers, connect to your bank, obtain your credit report or verify that a payment was made. Personal and Business profiles are local organizers, not online accounts.

2. Region and provider catalogs

The app uses the region selected in Settings, or your device region when no override is selected, for regional holidays and catalogs. This does not require GPS or precise location. Selecting a bank, insurer, payroll provider or tax authority saves a label; it does not send your financial entries to that organization or create an account with it.

3. Public holidays — Nager.Date

BilloraPay connects to Nager.Date at nagerholidays.com to download supported countries and public holidays. Requests include the selected country code and calendar year. The provider receives normal connection information, such as your IP address, under its own privacy practices. These requests do not include your profile names, payments, amounts, notes or reminder contents. Downloaded holiday data is cached locally for reuse; refreshing it requires internet access.

4. Markets, charts, news and external links

TradingView supplies embedded market charts and news. Loading these views connects to TradingView and its providers, which receive your IP address, requested market symbol and technical connection information. More news sends the selected market search to Google News in an in-app browser. Google and any publishers you visit receive browser connection information under their own policies. Embedded pages may use cookies or website storage.

BilloraPay does not send payment amounts, notes or profile names to these market services and does not add its own analytics or profiling to the market views. Opening an educational source, social link or another external website connects to that service, even when displayed inside the app.

5. Notifications and widgets

BilloraPay may request notification permission for local payment, overdue and payday reminders. Notifications are scheduled on your device; BilloraPay does not upload reminder contents to a notification server. Reminders may show profile and payment names, amounts, dates and overdue messages. Previews may be visible on your lock screen according to device settings.

You can change individual reminders in the app, turn notifications off in BilloraPay Settings, or manage permission and previews in system Settings. Turning reminders off cancels pending reminders; turning them on restores upcoming reminders when permissions allow. Delivery depends on operating-system scheduling, device time, time zone, battery restrictions and permissions.

Where supported, widgets use a local copy of profile names, unpaid payment names, amounts, due dates and paydays. Widgets can display information outside the app's PIN screen. Use Hide amounts where available or remove the widget to stop displaying it. Widget refresh timing is controlled by the operating system.

6. Security and biometric authentication

Local records are stored in the app's device storage. BilloraPay does not provide its own server backup or cloud synchronization for these records. Optional biometric unlock uses the operating system's authentication service; BilloraPay does not receive your fingerprint or facial biometric data. Protect your device with its security controls and review notification and widget visibility. No storage or security method can guarantee absolute protection.

7. PDF exports, images and sharing

Exporting a plan creates a PDF containing its name, financial figures, dates, timeline and recorded progress. A temporary copy may be used for preview or sharing. Saving or sharing a PDF or downloaded chart image creates a separate copy at the destination you choose. That destination's privacy practices apply. Review files before sharing because they may contain sensitive information. Deleting an app record does not delete exported or previously shared copies.

8. Retention and how to delete your data

Local entries remain until you delete them using the app's controls or remove the app's data. You can delete payments and notes in their respective screens and delete a saved credit plan from its library or detail screen, including that plan's recorded history.

• Android: app backup is disabled. Use Android Settings → Apps → BilloraPay → Storage → Clear storage/data, or uninstall the app, to remove its local data. Menu names may vary by device.
• iOS: use the app's delete controls or delete the app to remove its local app data. Offloading an app is different from deleting it. Backups and exported copies may retain information separately; manage them with the relevant system or storage service.
• Separate copies: delete exported PDFs, downloaded images and copies already shared from their respective destinations. Remove widgets if you no longer want their information displayed.

BilloraPay does not maintain a server copy of your local plans or financial entries to recover them or delete them remotely. You do not need to create an online BilloraPay account to use local profiles. Contact support if you need help locating deletion controls.

9. Sharing and support messages

BilloraPay does not sell or rent your payment records or notes. Online features connect to the external services described above. If you email support, your email address and the information you choose to include are received through the email service and used to respond to your request. Do not send bank passwords, full card numbers or other information unnecessary for support. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence; information may need to be retained when required by applicable law.

10. Children and policy changes

BilloraPay does not ask children to provide personal information. The local-storage and external-service practices described in this policy apply whenever those features are used. Contact us if you believe a child sent personal information to support.

This policy may be updated as features or practices change. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date and in the app's policy information as applicable.

11. Visiting this policy website

This page is hosted on LaptopMarket using Shopify. Visiting this website creates normal web connections and may involve cookies or other website technologies under the website's policies and your privacy choices. Visiting this page does not upload your locally stored BilloraPay payments or plans. The app's local-storage practices and this website's hosting practices are separate.

Terms of Service

These terms describe how BilloraPay, maintained by BLProductions LLC, may be used. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

1. What BilloraPay does

BilloraPay helps organize personal and business expenses, recurring payments, payday reminders, calendar notes and financial plans. Marking an item paid records your own confirmation only. The app does not transfer money, pay bills, file taxes, run payroll, buy investments or contact a bank or insurer on your behalf.

2. Credit plans and educational guidance

Guides, card examples and plans are educational estimates, not personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Timelines depend on the amounts, frequency, dates and payment status you enter. Future paychecks are assumed income, not verified account funds; reserved expenses and safety funds are planning allocations, not separate bank deposits.

Interest, fees, new purchases, reporting dates and actual balances may differ. If you miss a payment or your circumstances change, review your current figures and update your timeline. No credit score, FICO improvement, approval, savings or investment return is guaranteed. Confirm obligations and reporting dates with your lender: a statement closing date is not necessarily a credit reporting date.

3. Region and provider catalogs

Categories and catalogs help label expenses. Banks, issuers, insurers, payroll providers and tax authorities vary by region. Lists are examples, not exhaustive lists, endorsements or evidence of a partnership. Use Other for missing entries. Selecting IRS or a state does not determine taxes owed or deductibility. Confirm services, coverage, eligibility and obligations with the relevant organization. Changing region changes suggestions and holidays, not your legal or tax residence, and does not convert saved amounts.

4. Dates, holidays and reminders

Recurring calendar entries are projections. Holidays and business-day indicators may not match every bank, employer or local observance. Reminders depend on permissions, device settings, time zone and operating-system scheduling; delivery is not guaranteed. You remain responsible for checking actual due dates and making payments on time.

5. Markets and external content

TradingView provides embedded charts and news; More news opens Google News and publisher pages in an in-app browser. Quotes and news may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable and are not trading instructions. Nager.Date provides holiday data. External services follow their own terms and privacy policies, even inside the app. Provider names and logos belong to their respective owners.

6. Your information and use of the app

Enter accurate information and only data you are authorized to use. Keep your device protected and review a PDF before sharing it. An exported plan is a snapshot, not a bank statement or proof of payment. Use the app for lawful personal and business organization; do not misuse the app or third-party services. The Privacy Policy above explains storage, connections, exports and deletion.

7. Availability, updates and support

Features and third-party availability may change. BilloraPay does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms may be updated with a revised date. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
