Final Sale on Electronics

Due to the nature of electronic products, all laptops, phones, tablets, and electronic devices sold by LaptopMarket are considered final sale once opened or used.

Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or dissatisfaction after use.


⏱ 5-Day Return Window (Defective Items Only)

Returns are accepted only in the case of:

- Dead on Arrival (DOA)

- Verified manufacturing defects

All return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


đź’¸ 30% Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The restocking fee covers:

- Product inspection

- Repackaging

- Processing and handling costs

- Loss of product value once opened


⚠️ Condition-Based Fee Adjustments

If the returned item shows any of the following, the restocking fee may increase significantly or result in a denial of the return:

- Missing original accessories (charger, cables, manuals, box)

- Signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage

- Security seals removed or tampered with

- Device activation, login, or software setup completed

- Serial number mismatch or altered labels

In severe cases, no refund will be issued.


📦 Return Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

- Be in original condition

- Include all original accessories and packaging

- Pass LaptopMarket’s inspection and verification process

Products that fail inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense.


🛡️ Warranty & Coverage

After the 5-day return window, all issues are handled through:

- Manufacturer warranty (if applicable)

- LaptopMarket Coverage Plans (if purchased)

Returns are not a substitute for warranty or coverage claims.


đźš« Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

- Activated or used laptops and phones

- Opened electronics without verified defects

- Clearance, Open-Box, or Refurbished items

- Digital products or services

By completing a purchase with LaptopMarket, the customer:

- Acknowledges and agrees to this return policy

- Accepts the 5-day return window

- Accepts the 30% restocking fee and potential fee increases based on condition
