LaptopMarket sells electronics, computers, accessories, custom-built PCs, software-related services, repair services, diagnostic services, subscriptions, and LaptopMarket Coverage memberships. All sales are made based on the product description, listed specifications, selected options, and disclosed product condition at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they reviewed the product listing, price, selected variant, condition, included accessories, shipping information, and applicable policies before payment.
Some LaptopMarket products may be new, refurbished, renewed, open-box, pre-owned, used, repaired, or professionally inspected. The product condition will be shown in the listing when applicable.
Refurbished, renewed, open-box, or used products may show normal cosmetic signs of prior handling, including minor scratches, marks, packaging differences, replaced parts, battery wear, or accessory differences. These cosmetic differences do not automatically qualify as defects unless the item is materially different from the product description.
Product images may be manufacturer images, sample images, reference images, AI-enhanced marketing images, or photos of a similar unit. Images are provided to help customers understand the product type and design.
For refurbished, open-box, used, or custom-configured products, the exact unit received may vary slightly in cosmetic condition, packaging, accessories, labels, ports, or minor design details. The written product description, listed specifications, and disclosed condition control over sample images.
LaptopMarket makes reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate. However, typographical errors, pricing errors, inventory errors, image errors, or specification mistakes may occur.
LaptopMarket reserves the right to correct errors, cancel orders affected by clear listing mistakes, update product information, or issue a refund before fulfillment when necessary.
Return requests are accepted only for Dead on Arrival (DOA) items, shipping damage reported immediately, or verified manufacturing defects. The request must be submitted within five (5) calendar days from the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.
Requests submitted after the 5-day window may be denied and handled through manufacturer warranty, LaptopMarket repair service, or LaptopMarket Coverage if purchased and active.
Electronics may be considered final sale once opened, used, activated, registered, customized, modified, repaired, damaged after delivery, or accepted by the customer without reporting a defect within the return window.
Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, accidental purchases, change of mind, failure to read product details, customer-caused compatibility issues, or dissatisfaction after use.
All returns must be inspected and verified by LaptopMarket before approval. Receiving a returned item does not automatically mean the return is accepted.
LaptopMarket may test the device, verify serial numbers, inspect condition, check activation status, review missing accessories, confirm the reported issue, and compare the returned item against order records before issuing any refund, replacement, repair, or store credit.
Approved returns may be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount when permitted by applicable law. This fee helps cover inspection, testing, handling, repackaging, payment processing costs, shipping-related losses, and reduced resale value.
The fee may increase if the item is missing accessories, missing packaging, cosmetically worn, activated, used, damaged, password-locked, activation-locked, or no longer in original resellable condition.
LaptopMarket may deny a return or reduce the refund if the product is returned damaged, incomplete, modified, password-locked, activation-locked, liquid damaged, physically abused, tampered with, missing serial numbers, or different from the item originally sold.
If a return is denied after inspection, the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Customers must contact LaptopMarket before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Returned items must be safely packaged and include all original accessories, chargers, manuals, boxes, parts, and proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless LaptopMarket confirms in writing that the issue was caused by a verified LaptopMarket error or covered defect. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
The following items are non-returnable unless required by applicable law: opened or used electronics without a verified defect, activated laptops or phones, custom-built PCs, special orders, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, digital products, subscriptions, coverage memberships, diagnostic services, repair services, software services, virus removal, remote support, labor, and gift cards.
Custom-built systems, including LaptopMarket Genesis, Orion, or any special-order configuration, are built or sourced based on customer-selected specifications. Custom orders are non-refundable once parts are ordered, assembly begins, software is installed, or configuration work starts.
Deposits, labor, build fees, diagnostic fees, and customization fees may be non-refundable once work begins.
Digital products, subscriptions, coverage memberships, diagnostic services, repair services, software support, remote support, virus removal, and labor-based services are non-refundable once activated, delivered, accessed, scheduled, or started.
LaptopMarket Coverage is a service membership and not an insurance policy. Coverage benefits are governed by the LaptopMarket Coverage Policies.
After the return window, product issues may be handled through manufacturer warranty, if available, LaptopMarket repair services, or an active LaptopMarket Coverage plan if purchased.
Returns are not a substitute for manufacturer warranty, repair service, or Coverage claims.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, Shopify, financing provider, or fraud review process.
Original shipping, delivery, installation, diagnostic, service, labor, customization, and processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
LaptopMarket keeps records of orders, invoices, serial numbers, product condition, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, customer communication, inspection results, and service history.
Fraudulent claims, false chargebacks, item swapping, serial number mismatch, return abuse, payment fraud, or false statements may result in denial of service, return refusal, account restrictions, and reporting when appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaptopMarket is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business, lost data, lost files, device downtime, software loss, or third-party costs.
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service, repair, return, exchange, reset, or troubleshooting.
This policy is intended to operate within applicable consumer protection laws, including New Jersey law where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights a customer may have under state or federal law. If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
By completing a purchase with LaptopMarket, the customer confirms that they had the opportunity to review these Terms of Sale, Return & Refund Policy before payment and agrees to the inspection process, 5-day return request window, restocking fee disclosure, product condition disclosures, non-returnable item rules, and condition-based adjustments.
