Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order before fulfillment whenever possible.

Orders that have already shipped, entered production, custom assembly, special ordering, or service fulfillment may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Custom-built systems, special-order products, digital products, software services, subscriptions, diagnostics, labor, and coverage memberships become non-cancelable once work begins or the service has been activated.

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
