Device Eligibility

MacBooks: Eligible for models released in 2019 or earlier

All devices must be used for standard business operations
Device eligibility is verified by the LaptopMarket technical team before coverage approval.
Devices outside these criteria may not qualify for this plan.

Extended diagnostics or multi-day inspections may include a small service fee, communicated in advance.
