Device Eligibility

• MacBooks: Eligible for models released in 2019 or earlier

• Laptops (non-Mac): Eligible for devices from the current year and earlier

• Desktop computers: Eligible under this plan

• Device eligibility is verified by the LaptopMarket technical team before coverage approval

• Devices outside these criteria may not qualify for this plan

What’s Included

• Accidental Damage Coverage
  Protection for eligible accidental damage caused by drops, impacts, or unintentional incidents under normal use.
  A copay may apply depending on the type, severity, and repair complexity.

• Liquid Damage Protection
  Coverage for eligible liquid-related incidents such as spills or moisture exposure.
  A service fee may apply based on affected components and required labor.

• Screen Repair Support
  Support for screen-related damage, including cracked or malfunctioning displays.
  Repair fees may vary depending on screen model, size, and replacement cost.

• 2 Claims Per Year (Diagnostic-Based Claims)
  Includes two (2) service claims per year, which primarily function as two free device checkups or inspections.
  These checkups allow LaptopMarket to diagnose, verify, and assess your device’s condition at no diagnostic cost.

  • If the claim is used for a diagnostic check only, the customer is responsible only for shipping costs (if applicable).

  • After inspection, LaptopMarket will provide a repair quote before any work is performed.

  • If the device is sent back for repair after the checkup, a repair fee or copay may apply, depending on the issue and parts required.

  • Extended diagnostics or multi-day inspections may include a small service fee, which will always be communicated in advance.

  Faster response times and priority handling through email or supported communication channels.

• Hardware Failure Coverage
  Support for eligible hardware failures resulting from normal use, subject to technical evaluation.

• Battery Diagnostic Service
  Professional battery health diagnostics to evaluate battery performance and degradation.

• Coverage does not include intentional damage, extreme neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

• Liquid damage coverage does not guarantee full device recovery.

• Parts are not included unless explicitly stated.

• Coverage applies to standard consumer laptops and desktops (gaming devices and Mac systems are excluded unless otherwise specified).

• LaptopMarket reserves the right to limit, deny, or adjust services based on device condition and eligibility.
