Important Coverage Information

• One annual claim applies only to eligible and approved services
• Hardware failures caused by accidental damage are not covered
• Liquid damage incidents are not covered under this plan
• Power surges, misuse, and unauthorized repairs are excluded
• Battery diagnostics do not guarantee battery replacement
• Replacement parts are not included unless specifically stated
• Coverage applies to eligible consumer laptops and desktop computers
• Gaming systems and performance-focused devices may require a higher-tier plan

Services may be provided remotely, by mail-in service, or through approved service methods depending on the issue.
